Returns/Exchanges
Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept exchanges (unless a defective/ wrong item is received).

Our Customer Service Team is available to answer any questions you may have by email Monday-Friday. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

At this time, we will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective of damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to replace the item at no cost to you. Pictures of defective item must be taken and sent to us at info@trendielynne.com as proof. In some cases, we will request that you ship the item back to us. A replacement will be shipped out to you as soon as possible
Refunds(if applicable)
We will only issue refunds if the items have not yet left our warehouse, if we are out of stock of what was ordered, or if the customer receives a defective item and opts for a refund instead of an exchange within 7 days.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary
